We want you to love your Corkcicle products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
